New to the Marel range and launched at the international Conxemar, Macropak and IPA Shows, the AEW Delford WPL9040 weigh price labeller is the suitable choice for smaller processors or for larger producers requiring lower volumes on a particular line.

Designed for various food applications, the WPL9040 handles tray sizes at speeds of up to 40 packs per minute – as a standalone machine or integrated with a range of manual or automatic production equipment.

The WPL9040 is part of a new generation of reliable, accurate, easy to use and time saving systems that can operate for long periods without interruption. It employs the latest technology and class leading design to provide performance at a competitive price, with many operator-friendly features, including: Full access to all functions while running.

There's no need to stop the machine to check next label set-up or prepare for new products, saving a huge amount of time between label changes and avoiding interruptions in production.

Set up wizards in all menus: Wizards guide the operator through machine and label set-ups, making it easier and requiring less training.

Multilingual operation: A language module enables operation in a number of key languages with a password protected favourites folder for each user.

Easy label editing: What is seen on the screen is what is seen on the label. Background label images are stored, with easy drag and drop touch screen facility to position print on the label and label on the pack.

Plus, integrated production control: Like the rest of the AEW Delford range, the WPL9040 is fully compatible with Innova – Marel’s unique intelligent production control software that controls and monitors each step of the production process as one integrated system.
