Recovering usable meat from bones

Provisur recently launched a redesigned version of its Bone Cannon soft tissue separation equipment, designed to help increase yield.

Bones retain valuable amounts of meat even after trimming. The Bone Cannon is able to separate this meat from the bones, ensuring that producers get the highest possible return on their raw material investment. The new design offers even greater meat recovery to keep valuable protein out of the waste stream and meet today’s demands for affordable proteins in applications such as meatballs, sausages and more.
