Flexible air cleaner for food industry applications

A new air cleaning solution aimed at the industrial workplace has been introduced by Zehnder. 

The CleanAir Max combines smart technology, a modular design and a filter system that helps ensure air quality and the air purifier’s software features a range of functions to help ensure the best air quality. 

The modular design of Zehnder CleanAir Max means that the lightweight, low-noise units can be configured in a variety of ways to allow them to fit into any space. They can be mounted on the ceiling or wall and positioned at any angle.

The filtering process inside the units is also flexible. It employs three stages of filtering, each with a different type of filter. These can be combined in many different ways, depending on the kind of contamination the air cleaning unit is intended to capture.

The result is hundreds of possible filter configurations that can trap a wide range of pollution particles , from flour dust to the smallest micro-organisms.
