As part of its efforts to ‘future-proof’ the design of its tray sealer range, the Proseal GT tray sealing range can be retrofitted with best technological innovations as and when they become available, helping to protect customer investment long into the future.

In addition, in line with changing consumer demand for more eco-friendly solutions, Proseal offers the technology to seamlessly integrate alternative materials into all its seal functions.

The flexible, five-minute tool-change on any of its GT machines also  enables a wide variety of tray formats to be sealed on one machine. These can be swapped easily with a one-button recipe set-up, meaning minimal downtime.

The company’s latest development is its advanced automated platform, ProVision online Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and downtime analyser. This technology enables the Proseal service team to help end users spot evolving machine problems through key indicators delivered by the software’s analytics. Not only does this provide a prediction of downtime but when the equipment does need attention there is historic data that describes the chain of events prior to a stoppage.
