Food Processing Awards: There is still time to make your nominations

Due to the effects of the current pandemic the Food Processing Awards, which acknowledge and reward engineering excellence and innovation in the food and beverage processing sector, have been rescheduled for the 31 March 2021 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Coventry. This means that there is still time to nominate!

• Lean / Continuous Improvement 
• Young Engineer of the Year (Sponsored by Festo)
• Lifetime Achievement (Sponsored by Food Processing)
• Hygiene & Food Safety solution or project (Sponsored by Minebea Intec)
• Process & Packaging solution or project 
• Skills & Development (Sponsored by Omron)
• Smart / Digital technology 
• Environmental / Sustainability 

Nominating a company or person is easy. You can nominate your own company; you can nominate an innovative product that was developed to solve a food processing issue; or you could nominate a food industry engineering project that incorporates automation technology and has helped solve a problem. 

To nominate we need:
 
• Contact name, address, phone number and email of nominee and category. 
• Details about the nominated product/application/technology/person. (and high-resolution image where possible).
• Brief statement about the potential impact of the nomination for the food and beverage processing sector
• Brief evidence or customer recommendations about the benefits – if applicable. 

The date to receive nominations has been extended to 31st October. Please email your nominations to Suzanne.gill@imlgroup.co.uk. After this date we will be presenting the final nominations to the readers of Food Processing for their consideration.
