The OC200 orbital cleaner rotates around the horizontal and vertical axis. It can be equipped with two, three or four nozzles of different lengths and diameters. The internal profiling of the nozzles creates a high impact jet to ensure intensive cleaning of the inner surface of the tank or container.

The orbital cleaner can be operated at pressures ranging from 4 to 10 bar. It covers a wide range of tank sizes with its variance in terms of the number of nozzles, variable nozzle diameters, lengths and rotation speeds. Thanks to its powerful jets, it can clean tanks with a diameter of up to 36m.

Its modular concept allows easy exchange of components in various standard versions while the remaining components do not have to be disassembled. This modularity allows a flexible adaptation to the process and customer requirements regarding cleaning diameter, installation opening, jet dwell time and cleaning intensity, helping to optimise the cleaning process.
