Conveyors, can travel straight, negotiate corners, handle an incline and decline – all using a single belt and a single drive system. Materials need to be strong and resistant to abrasion and corrosion.

Plastic modular belts from GB Belting can be built to almost any length and width and can be fitted with flights, sidewalls and other accessories. Solutions can negotiate chicanes and bends when incorporated within a single conveyor.

The hinge rod and interlocking design allows the belt to be easily removed so both the belt (top and underside) and conveyor can be sanitised. Any damaged sections can be quickly repaired – as opposed to replacing the whole belt in fabric systems.
