Live video meetings and demonstrations now available in our designated Minebea Intec showroom

Following the recent developments of COVID-19, we have set up a video camera in our showroom so that our specialist teams can still offer one to one discussions and provide you with information and demonstrations on our products. 

Many of our customers within the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries continue to manufacture and operate at maximum capacity through these highly demanding times. This puts greater demand on machinery meaning the maintenance and replacement of equipment has never been greater. 

In our showroom you can expect to see the latest slim-line Vistus RS metal detector, which is just 79mm thick making it perfect to fit into existing filling and bagging lines. Our range of checkweighers include both the Essentus range of entry-level checkweighers and the Flexus combi checkweigher, which is built to the strictest hygienic guidelines.

We also have our inspection range displayed including an X-ray system suitable for typical food production environments. Our X-ray has an industry-leading product learn function to enable new products to be set up with minimal training as well as a hygienic design for the food industry.

A range of weighing components from load cells to process controllers used for batching, formulation and recipe control as well as demonstrations of our ProRecipe XT software are also available.

Scales are also a big part of the portfolio, from bench top to floor and pallet scales with a choice of indicators for different functions. This includes the SPC standalone scale which has inbuilt software and traffic lights to ensure easy, accurate and compliant testing for average weight without the need to calculate or write down information.

Our new OCM (Outer Case Marker) which meets the needs of catering butchers and the fresh protein industry as part of their traceability system is one of our latest additions to the showroom.

The award winning SPC@Enterprise data collection and Process Control software can be seen and our specialists can explain how it can connect your checkweighers, scales, foreign body detection and other QA systems.

We are the only Inspection manufacturer to offer a full 24/7 on-site support service which we will continue to deliver through these challenging times. Our Engineers have been prepared for this and will continue to deliver on-site support with breakdowns affecting production being our main priority.
