Major Online Auction – Food Processing and Packaging Equipment – Birmingham UK - 18th March

09 March 2020

Surrey-based chartered surveyors Marriott & Co. have been instructed by a private client to dispose of their food processing and packaging equipment in an online auction at 3pm on 18 March.

The client’s premises were recently subject to an HS2 compulsory purchase order and having failed to find new premises they are now disposing of the entire contents of their food processing facility.  All their equipment has been decommissioned and thoroughly cleaned and is now in storage in central Birmingham.  The online auction, which is already underway is scheduled to finish from 3pm on Wednesday 18 March and all of the lots can be viewed the day before on Tuesday 17 March.

With over 125 lots ranging from a 2015 Deighton ECONOLINE 200 to warehousing equipment and office furniture.  Other highlights include a Handtmann VF 50 sausage filler, a 2014 Loma IQ3+ ST metal detector and a 2014 Kolbe Foodtec MW32-80 mixer grinder.

On the packaging side, there is a 2014 Henkelman Polar 2-50 DS, a 2013 Ilpra Rotobasic sealer and a 2010 Ilpra FoodPack Speedy II tray sealer.

Judith Campbell, Marriott & Co.’s Director of Operations and Disposals says “this is a fantastic selection of good quality equipment which has been expertly decommissioned and cleaned to a high standard.  We have had a large number of registrations already and are looking forward to a busy viewing day”
