Unlocking the secrets to boilerhouse efficiency

With plant operators under increasing pressure to reduce operating costs and improve productivity, spirax Sarco has launched a new guide designed to help boost efficiency right from the heart of the boilerhouse. 

Authored by Chris Coleman, the new quick-start guide aims to support boilerhouse managers in understanding their plant or energy centre and discovering new ways to improve their energy consumption. \\It identifies five techniques to help make better use of energy in the boiler system. It looks at how reverse osmosis (RO), automatic total dissolved solids (TDS) control, flash steam recovery, exhaust gas heat recovery and steam system conditioning, can all be introduced to ultimately boost a business’s bottom line.
