Description : Citizen Recruitment are working along side one of the UK’s leading and respected manufactures. They have asked us to provide suitably qualified candidates for this exceptional opportunity.

Reporting to the European Technical Director you will be responsible for the quality function on site which incorporates manufacturing and packaging. Working with Quality Managers on all sides of the business to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. You will establish functional quality manager’s quality improvement plans and develop plans for quality personnel. Our candidate will need to have a sound knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 14001 with previous experience of successfully applying quality improvement techniques.

Our candidate will have a strong emphasis on man management and able to develop a strong effective team capable of achieving high standards. You will ensure a tight control over cost and have sole budgetary control. Ideally you will have experience with capital projects and be able to assist in new projects on site.

The successful candidate will be from a Quality or Technical background and will have an excellent knowledge of food, beverage or fmcg standards. This is a day’s based role working Monday to Friday but some flexibility will be needed with the job. Our candidate will receive a basic salary of c£45,000 + an excellent benefits package and bonus.
