Description : My client is looking for an Implementations Technologist to join their company.................
Key Accountabilities include;
Ownership & delivery of allocated project launches to agreed timelines with adherence to all stages of the NPD procedure to include product, packaging and process, including post launch management and review.
Establishing strong cross functional working relationships with technical and operational colleagues with full responsibility for the co-ordination, supervision of trials and full handover of products to Operations.
Champion/Fully understand the customers NPD procedures and web based systems, ability to input specifications to their levels.
Develop a high level of knowledge and become product experts on current product portfolio able to advise the business on what ‘good’ looks like.
Demonstration of effective working relationships across customers, suppliers and cross - functionally.
To manage the maintenance of process product files, detailing fully the results, specifications, ingredients used, nutritional information, trial results and ASPECT, QUEST and ENTERPRISE.
To work closely in successful launch and maintenance of the CREATIONS raw materials spec system.
To actively quantify incurred cost at each stage of the implementation phase covering both process and filling hall activities.
Key Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
Evidence of ability to form strong, effective cross - functional working relationships
Solid understanding/ knowledge of materials/ingredients with ability to trial and test changes for production
Solid understanding of technical process, systems & procedures, ability to identify opportunities for product or process improvement and cost saving
Attention to detail & customer awareness
Ability to work to tight timescales
Strong IT Skills, proactive attitude, long term outlook
