Description : Are you a Technical Manager sick of city living with a yearning for beautiful countryside? Ever considered a move to the wilds of Scotland?

If you have Technical Management experience in the meat or poultry industry and would relish a role managing a small technical team and a larger hygiene team then this could be the move for you. A salary of up to £40k is offered with a relocation package and negotiable benefits package. You must be up to date with relevant legislation and technical issues, have experience of managing an internal audit programme and be able to develop HACCP analysis procedures. The site has Grade A BRC accreditation so knowledge of this standard is essential.
