D C Norris & Company (DCN) appoints Stuart Rigby as Product Technology Manager, Jet Cook Steam Infusion Systems

DCN; manufacturers of world leading industrial food processing equipment, have announced the appointment of Stuart Rigby as Product Technology Manager - Jet Cook Steam Infusion Systems, effective June 2015. 

Stuart has many years of experience in the food and drinks industry and brings with him extensive knowledge of high speed steam cooking and processing. He will be responsible for continually developing, globally marketing and selling DCN’s Jet Cook Steam Technology and further process systems. 

Having originally worked with Stuart during the early development of this technology, DCN have further developed their own patented Jet Cook system which has outperformed the original design in recent production at a leading Ready Meal manufacturer. Stuart is looking forward to working as a part of the DCN team taking the development of this revolutionary form of high efficiency cooking to all aspects of the market around the world. 

Stuart has a background as a process and product development manager with blue chip companies such as Heinz, Hazelwoods and Tryton Foods which gave him years of experience in chilled, fresh, frozen and ambient food production both in the UK and overseas.  

Commenting on the new appointment, David Norris said: "We are delighted to welcome Stuart to join our team.  We have known and respected him professionally for many years and we are sure he will be a perfect fit with our global expansion program.  His product and process knowledge is invaluable."
