Sponsored New JACOB product catalogue – perfection in connection

23 April 2014

210 pages packed with product and application details, the new 2014 JACOB catalogue is the ultimate reference manual modular pipework systems.  It is also available in an electronic PDF format.

JACOB manufacture thin-walled, fully-welded modular pipework systems, components, valves and now offers flanged pipework in diameters up to 1600mm.

New for 2014
• 3mm Hot-Dip galvanised products now in the standard range
• Pipe lengths of up to 12 metres
• Abrasion resistant pipes and components

With 21 standard diameters from 60mm to 800mm in hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel and now in the latest powder coated finishes, JACOB can advise on all types of pipework installation.

JACOB Quick Connect is the modern solution for custom designed and built modular pipework with easily connected bends, segments and pipe sections, manufactured in 1mm, 2mm or 3mm thicknesses, all with pressure tight connections.  Each component has a machine-lipped end which, when fitted with a specially designed “U” shaped gasket and Quick-Connect pull-ring, creates a 3-bar overpressure certified connection.

Air movement within a JACOB pipeline is enhanced with the smooth-pressed bends, which assist airflow with the minimum of resistance. Ancillary components include inspection doors, sound baffles, diverters, ATEX standard product-control and air-control valves are all manufactured to high tolerances.

JACOB (UK) Director John West said: “The JACOB catalogue has evolved over the years to become the recognised by engineers as the technical reference book on all aspects of modular pipework design and installation.

“The introduction of additional and innovative components within the JACOB range marks a major step forward in pipework technology and highlights our commitment to providing a complete system, loaded with benefits for designers and manufacturers”.
