Fat and flour mixed finer and faster

John R Boone's cost-effective Delta Blade technology brings process improvements to manufacturers of fat and flour catering mixes, allowing a higher fat addition, significantly reducing both batch processing time and capital cost.

The design of the Delta Blade form mounted on patented blade arms has given this mixer a clear advantage over the current range on plough type mixers.

In practice the results in block fat formulations up to 30% not requiring side cutters and for formulations above this their numbers are reduced, as the arms carry out the chopping of the fat while the data blades disperse it throughout the mix.

The blades, arms and their attachment to the shaft give a smooth, crevice-free agitator construction. Their design also reduces the cost of the mixer and its cost of operation and cleaning, making it very competitive with the standard plough type mixers. It allows for a wide variety of recipes to be produced.
