Rittal Offers 'IP69K' to optimise hygiene

Rittal has extended the range of protection categories for their Hygienic Design range of enclosures.

With immediate effect all Hygienic Design Compact enclosures and Terminal boxes satisfy the demands of protection categories: IP66, IP69K along with NEMA types 12, 13 & 4X with the addition of NEMA 3R for their range of HD-KL Terminal boxes.

Rittal Hygienic Design offers new housing solutions to meet the exacting requirements of a wide range of industries. The company states that with the extended protection categories the range of products can be cleaned faster and easier than ever before reducing the down time for scheduled maintenance and increasing the end users productivity, efficiencies and profitability.
