ADM brings ingredients for diverse needs to Gulfood 2013

02 January 2013

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) will showcase its ingredients portfolio at Gulfood 2013, with products to be featured including soya proteins, lecithin and the latest additions to the deZaan range of high quality chocolate and cocoa solutions

Launching in the region, the deZaan Gourmet line includes Belgian chocolates, a single-origins range and responsibly sourced cocoa, and is aimed at artisan bakers and chefs looking to achieve an expert finish. Varying in levels of cocoa solids and countries of origin, deZaan Gourmet is being introduced to the Middle East market following a successful launch in Asia earlier this year.

Drawing on the heritage and technical expertise of deZaan, ADM Cocoa will highlight its range of premium ingredients for industrial customers. ADM Cocoa works alongside customers to meet growing consumer demand for high quality cocoa products.

ADM Cocoa has recently expanded its Singapore facility and products include premium cocoa powders, such as the intensely flavoured 350DP11, 354DP11 and 400DP11, and specialty single origin cocoa liquors such as the 888NL pure Papua New Guinea liquor and the pure origin Unicao Ghana liquor. Also on display will be the deZaan high performance powders for bakery, beverages, cereals, confectionery, dairy and ice cream applications.

ADM Specialty Food Ingredients will highlight the latest additions to its growing portfolio of Arcon functional soya protein concentrates. Featuring a revolutionary hybrid application technology, Arcon can boost the consumer appeal of various meat products, including emulsified sausages, cured meats, hamburgers and kebab meat. ADM’s experts will demonstrate how a wide range of soya isolates, functional concentrates and textured vegetable protein (TVP) can help manufacturers to take advantage of the growing market for more nutritional and economical meat products.
