Danielle keen to expand knowledge with Beacon Foods

A graduate with a thirst for knowledge has joined the innovation process control team at leading British ingredients specialist Beacon Foods

Danielle Llewellyn, 29, of Trealaw, Rhondda, has gained extensive experience of the food industry within Wales since graduating from Bath Spa University with a degree in food, nutrition and consumer law.

Having previously worked as a quality, specifications and new product development technologist, she joins Brecon-based Beacon Foods from Bar Foods in Newport.

“I am always keen to learn and develop and I jumped at the chance to join Beacon Foods to further expand my knowledge,” said Daneille. “It’s a very good company and I am currently working with the new product development team to create new procedures.”
