Friullinox joins forces with cold service distribution

14 August 2012

Friulinox, the Italian manufacturer of high quality refrigerated cabinets for the food service industry has announced an exclusive distribution agreement with refrigeration specialist, Cold Service Distribution.

“Friulinox is well-known in the UK for the premium quality, innovation and performance of its equipment,” explains Adrian Westrup from Cold Service Distribution. “We are looking forward to building on this excellent Friulinox reputation, introducing new and existing customers to a great range of equipment for catering, bakery, confectionary, ice-cream and patisserie applications.”

Part of the global manufacturing business, the ALI Group, Friulinox designs and builds an outstanding range of stainless steel refrigerated cabinets supplied in a vast choice of models and applications. It includes refrigerated counters, vertical cabinets with roll-in, roll-through and precision controlled retarder-prover options, specialist blast chillers, featuring unique glass door versions, and modular cold stores. Specific models are available to operate on R290 hydrocarbon-based refrigerant, making them exceptional environmental performers.

"For us, it's a great pleasure to be a partner of Cold Service for the distribution of Friulinox products in UK," says Gianni Monai, Export Sales Manager at Friulinox. "The Friulinox brand is known in the UK market and the partnership with Cold Service will definitely consolidate this presence, thanks to their professionalism and excellent customer care, from the initial consultation through to after sales service. You can have the best product in the world but even these products need maintenance. It's important to have Cold Service, a skilled and well prepared partner, capable of giving assistance when needed."

Cold Service Distribution will supply the complete Friulinox range and will also stock a wide range of Friulinox spares for both new and historic units. This will ensure that all customers can continue to rely on their Friulinox equipment now and for many years to come.

Friulinox joins Pastorfrigor, Pastorkalt, Kastel and Frenox as the top quality brands available in the UK through Cold Service Distribution. The company is part of the Cold Service Group, established more than sixty years ago and one of the UK's leading independent providers of turnkey commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
