NDC series 710e Gauge or InfraLab e-series food analyzer

22 June 2012

Any NDC Series 710e Gauge or InfraLab e-Series Food Analyzer, anywhere in the World, can be quickly and safely accessed via the internet by NDC Customer Care Engineers to provide comprehensive technical support

To ensure you continue to achieve maximum return on your investment in NDC, we are here to support you throughout the 10+ year serviceable life of your gauge. Part of our support offering includes the traditional annual on-site visits by one of our engineers.

However, thanks to the Series 710e’s and InfraLab e-Series’ flexible connectivity functionality, there is much that we can do on demand without having to make an on-site visit, or as part of our new modular Remote Support and optimization Service.

NDC’s Remote Support and Optimization Service can be initiated on a one-off basis, or, as is more frequently the case, it can form part of our contracted support package, meaning your personnel can concentrate on your production process.

In addition to checking all instrument parameters such as source lamp condition, motor performance, measurement window contamination, we make a back up of all software and product measurement station settings.

Our engineer will also inspect the gauge history log to identify existing or potential issue. As part of the contract we also provide additionallog-in time for diagnostics, to help in the case of any breakdown or to assiste with calibration or other support requests.

To communicate with the instrument, we use TeamViewer software to remotely access a PC connected to the 710e or InfraLab. With over 100 million users worldwide, this robust software package does not require installation on the client side.

After each scheduled intervention, we issue a comprehensive report as well as a re-issue of the Certificate of Conformance for each instrument.
