Godwin Pumps added to Flygt rental fleet

21 February 2012

Flygt Rental, with its head office in Nottingham, has added Godwin Pumps to its range of rental pumping equipment

Customers will now have access to Godwin’s range of automatic self-priming pumps as part of a wider offering which will now accompany the existing choice of Flygt products.

The extension to the Flygt Rental range adds a new diesel sewage handling capability to the company’s portfolio of products. The Godwin products can be skid or trailer mounted for use in mobile applications, which can, it is said, provide exceptional energy efficiency and a significantly reduced clogging capability.

The new Godwin product additions ensure Flygt Rental can now provide bespoke pump designs to meet an even bigger range of dewatering applications. Across the UK and Ireland, rental and service centres are strategically located to give their customers complete national coverage with a faster response time.

Mark Hodgkinson, general manager, Flygt Rental said: “Flygt Rental now combines two market leading brands and we can offer customers unique dewatering solutions with a choice from the full Godwin or Flygt product portfolio.”

The Godwin and Flygt brands form part of Xylem’s brand portfolios, all focused on water technology solutions.
