Færch Plast is expanding its range of Steam/It PP (polypropylene) ‘Trivet’ containers, with the addition of new sizes and styles
Specially designed for premium ready meals, the innovative pack design separates sauce from the main product for optimum taste and quality.
Færch Plast’s trivet trays, which are being expanded following increasing demand from ready-meal producers, use the steaming process to maintain food quality and ensure a healthier, tastier meal in which vitamins and flavours are preserved.
Generally designed for premium ready meal ranges, the trivet device is ideal for a number of dishes including pasta with a separate sauce. The sauce sits in the bottom compartment while the product is cooking, with the pasta on top of the trivet.
Færch Plast has extensive experience in developing steam solutions and its current Steam/It range includes trays of single, two and three cavities, all with excellent sealing abilities.
Its user-friendly packaging offers consistency, reliability and convenience combined with high quality, healthy meals. In addition, PP material provides high strength and elasticity giving unrivalled resistance to the pressure in a steaming process.
