Wear-resistant chain 'still the longest lasting'

Renold's wear resistant chain, Synergy, is still the longest lasting solution available to engineers for applications where maintenance reduction is desirable, or where short wear life is a problem
According to Renold, laboratory tests show that Synergy lasts up to six times longer than other major brands of standard chain.
Synergy was recently enhanced with a specially developed lubricant that reduced initial wear by up to 50 percent. The chain is ready to install right out of the box. It should then be lubricated as normal while in operation.
Synergy has helped maintenance engineers reduce servicing on new products in a wide range of sectors from wool processing to breeze block production and even equipment for the film industry. It has also helped maintenance engineers cut down time and increase productivity, delivering significantly longer wear life than previous chains.

Synergy is available in British Standard sizes ranging from 06B to 24B in Simplex, duplex and triplex construction. It is also available in ANSI standard sizes ranging from 35 to 160 in simplex, duplex and triplex.
