Sponsors ready for awards bonanza

All the sponsors for this year's FP Awards have been named, and as usual there are some big hitters in the frontline such as ABB, Siemens, Ishida Europe, PPMA, Rittal, Omron, Festo and headline sponsors Bosch Rexroth
ABB is sponsoring the Technological Development Award which includes Burkert, Mitsubishi Electric, Cablofil, Bosch Rexroth and Atlas Copco Compressors.
Siemens is sponsoring the Environmental Initiative Award which includes ITT Water & Wastewater, tna, Puresep Technologies and CHEP.
Food Processing magazine is sponsoring Hygiene Solutions which includes Rittal, ERIKS UK, seepex and Hygiene Group.
Packaging Solutions is sponsored by the Packaging & Processing Machinery Association (PPMA), and includes PFM Packaging Machinery, LINPAC Allibert, Endoline Machinery, Ishida Europe and Heraeus Noblelight.
Bosch Rexroth will sponsor Energy Management, which includes Spirax Sarco, Cool Energy, Heraeus Noblelight, IsoCool and Next Control Systems.
Product of the Year will be sponsored by Ishida Europe, and includes Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients, Pidy, Dawnfresh Seafoods, RR Spink & Sons and Snowbird foods.
Omron is sponsoring Robotics & Automation of the Year, which includes Pacepacker Services, KUKA Automation + Robotics, Western Mechanical Handling Automation UK, Loma Systems and Moody Automation.
Then there's the perennial favourite - Company of the Year, which this year includes in its ranks Festo, Winkworth Group, Werma UK and BHJ UK Protein Foods, and which will be sponsored by Rittal.
The new award -- for Skills Development -- has three finalists: Warburtons, Kerry Foods and Unilever. It will be sponsored by Festo, whose MD Gary Wyles, was instrumental in bringing the award into being.
