Unifine brochure brings fresh approach to macaroon mania

It’s amazing what you can do with a macaroon and a little bit of ingenuity. Take Unifine’s French Macaroon Mix for example.

The company has just launched a booklet entitled French Macaroons which features more than a dozen ways of using it. There are Raspberry Finger Macaroons, Chip & Dip Lemon Sticks and even a Chocolate Tart Macaroon Mini which is a chocolate filled fluted pastry shell topped with a sandwiched macaroon disk.
