Awards nominations streaming in

13 January 2011

Nominations for the 2011 FP Awards are pouring in from around the country, and they promise to make this one of the most competitive awards yet

There's nothing better than watching a category in our Awards fill up with worthy finalists, and that's exactly what's happening in 2011.

Last year's awards evening saw a few cracking clashes, with Bosch Rexroth (pictured) coming out tops in the Company of the Year award after beating out SICK UK, OCS Checkweighers, Mettler Toledo and Fortress Technology.

Another monumental battle took place in the Robotics & Automation category where ABB Robotics triumphed over Siemens, Rockwell Automation, IXIA and Barr & Paatz.

One category which has seen consistent growth is Energy Management; last year Rannoch Smokery, Ironteam Energy Solutions, Cumbrian Seafoods, Grundfos and BioNova battled it out with last-mentioned reigning victorious.

This year we've had several nominees although there are still a few slots left, so if you'd like to enter your own or another company, don't hesitate to contact david.strydom@imlgroup.co.uk
