Pruvé: Increasing turnover takes minutes

The 11A is a new product from Pruvé’s range of ready-to-use pastry bases, fruit from Unifine’s selection of more than 20 Delifruit prepared fruit fillings and a final flourish of cream combine to make this turnover with its light flaky texture and crisp sugar topping

Built for speed and convenience, Pruvé’s new Turnover is ready to cut and fill straight from the box, the company says. No waste, no rolling out and no lengthy prep time, the shell can simply be filled with jam, fruit, custard or mincemeat. Make it special by topping with a liberal dusting of icing sugar.

Pruvé’s new Turnover is the latest in a growing range of dessert bases from Unifine. They are featured in a full colour brochure entitled ‘Pruvé Sweet Range’ which highlights a selection of tart bases, cream horn and éclair shells, meringue and profiteroles.

The publication contains illustrated recipes using all the ready-to-use pastries with ideas including Japonais, fresh raspberries and crème patissiere, mocha icing for éclairs and chocolate decorations for everything.

The Turnover has a nine-month shelf-life (unopened) and is available from your usual stockist in boxes of 80 units.
