05 October 2010

When you are in the market for Drum Heaters then the natural choice is to go to Denios – the foremost international name for environmental protection and work safety. The noted FH range from Denios embraces a choice of 4 different and versatile models which all offer major savings of energy and labour matched with cost –effective value.

Intrinsically as with all Denios products they also guarantee to minimise your health & safety issues and associated risks.

Covering all workshop applications, the Drum Heaters will heat and regulate the temperature of the contents so that they are ready for all production situations. The wide heating range of 50 to 300 degrees C ensures that the correct temperature is achieved relative to the material. The options of three heating systems for base heating, heating jackets or a combination of both are available to exactly meet your need and all of which feature easy access and loading/unloading via highly manouevrable castor units

Specfic variations are the FH-K 5.5 which notes the KW rating and matches an outer container with the internal drum; the type FH-M 4.0 is again enclosed on all sides and ideally suited for loading with drum dollies; in turn the FH-K 1.5 is designed for a relatively low amount of heat maintained over a long period; and the FH-B 1.5 is an open design incorporating a heating base plate and adjustable temperature. Dimensions are 1100 x 1260mm for all models except the 1.5 which is 890 x 230.

Practical accessories include sturdy drum carts and trollies as well as fibreglass insulated covers for 205 litre drums resistant up to 500 degrees C.
