Lantmännen Unibake goes for convenience

03 September 2010

The new grill marked large Panini from Lantmännen Unibake is the latest addition to the Panefresco range

With bar marks already applied at its bakery, the company says its new panini will give you an appetising just-grilled look whether it's prepared by oven or contact grill, offering flexibility for any foodservice operation.

For convenience for busy caterers, the grill marked large panini comes ready to accept the filling, pre-sliced with a hinge-cut. And the company claims the extra virgin olive oil ensures the eating experience ''lives up to the appearance''.

To prepare grill marked large Panini, defrost, add the filling then heat through in an oven or contact grill.
