Russell Finex's redesigned foreign websites

11 August 2010

Russell Finex has launched four redesigned websites in Spanish, French, German and Dutch. The sites are said to offer benefits to users, and boasts improvements in appearance, navigation, content, accessibility and usability.

Managing Director Mike Henson says: "We take customer communications very seriously at Russell Finex. As an international organisation with offices and agents located around the world, we recognise that more and more often, the first point of contact with a customer is through our website. We've therefore undertaken the project of redeveloping our websites with extreme care and have kept the interests of our existing and future customers at the forefront of the project".

New features of the websites include:
New Search Tool - allowing users to find the information they want in one easy step

Improved Machine Selector Tool - this tool asks a user a selection of questions and then recommends the appropriate sieves or in-line filters for your application

Intelligent enquiry system – this sends enquiries to the most appropriate Russell subsidiary, ensuring a faster response

Simple navigation – providing improved cross navigation between industries and products to help guide you to relevant information for your search
