Craemer launches new plastic pallet products

05 May 2010

Craemer will be exhibiting for the first time a range of new products at Total 2010 to provide the logistics market with pallet handling solutions

On display will be details of bespoke sized plastic pallets, plus the ‘TC’ Totally Closed hygienic plastic pallet, the lightweight ‘D’ Plastic Pallet, ECOmax ‘Dusseldorfer’ - the first plastic half pallet and a real solution for securing reels in transport and storage.

Designed to meet the highest hygiene demands, the new TC plastic pallet offers strength and impact resistance due primarily to its material content and unique patented welding process that totally seals the lower deck and rim areas to prevent ingress of contaminants such as liquid and bacteria into the pallet structure. The flat, smooth outer surfaces can be easily cleaned.

Weighing in at only 15kg, Craemer’s new lightweight ‘D’ range of plastic pallets is easy to manually handle or integrate into storage systems requiring high loading capacities. The low cost entry level version offers exceptional quality at only £25.00

Standard TC and D pallets feature a 7mm upper deck rim and are available with 3 or 5 runners, with a wide variety of upgradeable configuration options enabling pallets to be transformed into a bespoke, highly rated load carrier with RFID tracking.

Craemer will launch a perfect solution to achieve the highest level of load security and protection when handling reels on plastic pallets, displaying the new hardwearing and durable plastic reel saddles and multi purpose wedges.

Using a new butt-welding process, Craemer can now manufacture bespoke, specially-sized plastic pallets for handling or storage applications that require pallets smaller or bigger than the core 1200x1000 and 1200x800mm sizes. This unique welding process enables stable load carriers up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm to be produced and gives Craemer even greater
flexibility in the size of plastic pallet it can offer in response to individual customer request.

Bespoke sized pallets have been supplied into the print, automotive, food and beverage markets where solutions were required to meet specific handling needs.
