Interfood stand 'a must visit' at Foodex

Interfood Technology will have a large stand (Q060) at Foodex and will once again be using this industry shop window to introduce many developments to its range of equipment and ingredients

With many machines now installed in the UK and Ireland, the latest in the range of now established TVI systems for fresh meat, bone-in/boneless portioning will be on show. The systems are proving invaluable in giving customers the most efficient yield and give-away possible.

The new 2010 generation of injectors from Schroeder will be a central feature, offering even greater consistency and hygienic design. Also on show will be the Polar massaging system which feeds into the Marlen stuffers, along with the full range of clippers from Poly-clip.

All new in slicing and on show for the first time in the UK is the Weber 905 slicer. The biggest slicer in its class, it has a cutting throat capable of accommodating six 4 x 4 logs simultaneously. With slicing capacity of this magnitude, automated loading is essential – traditional high speed infeeding technology will be on show, alongside the new in-house robotic loading solutions.

The latest developments in cookers, coolers and smokehouses from Maurer will be on show, alongside the SP280 entry level press from Hoegger which requires just compressed air and a 16 amp single phase electrical supply to maximise yield economically.

New in casings, Interfood with its partners Unipac, now offer a range of plastic casings combining excellent quality and superb machinability with consistent calibre control and competitive pricing.

Interfood’s experienced team of service technicians will be joined by experts from the machinery manufacturers to ensure visitors get the most out of their visit to the stand.
