Energy efficiency workshop

Atlas Copco is delivering an energy efficiency workshop and exhibiting at the Carbon Trust’s Technology Convention at the NEC. The Air & Temperature Control Technology Convention takes place on 20 January 2010.

Energy efficiency is a prime focus in Atlas Copco’s development and application of compressed air solutions. At the convention, the company’s cutting edge Carbon Zero compressor technology will be featured in a Compressed Air Workshop session.

The overall aim of the convention is ensure the Carbon Trust’s pool of accredited consultants and companies attending the event will benefit from the range of technologies demonstrated by suppliers and thus be able to make up-to-date recommendations to help reduce clients’ carbon emissions significantly.

Peter Lattaway (pictured), product support manager said, “Atlas Copco is pleased to be working with the Carbon Trust in order to keep their consultants and affiliated companies up to date with the latest technological developments. It’s important that these parties understand the energy saving potential of the Carbon Zero technology in compressed air so that they can help end users exploit heat recovery within their operations.”
