Ultraviolet cleaning tunnel

22 October 2017

Cutting Edge Services has launched the VersoCLEANSE UV Tunnel, a machine designed for the disinfection of food products and packaging.

The VersoCLEANSE UV Tunnel uses C-spectrum ultraviolet light to destroy contaminants and pathogens on a variety of items, including fresh fruit and ready-to-eat products.

The system was developed to offer a sanitising solution that can be used on almost any product, with minimal operating costs. The use of high-efficiency ultraviolet light rather than chemicals means it can be safely used on products that need to stay dry, and items that are ready for consumption.
