Joint venture aims to deliver turnkey powder handling projects

29 July 2017

Mixer and blender manufacturer JR Boone has got together with powder handling systems company Ingredient Batching Systems in a joint venture collaborative agreement designed to a complete turnkey design and manufacturing facility for mixing and powder handling systems.

Working together, the two companies can share knowledge and resources at an early stage in customer projects, developing bespoke systems that represent the best solution to powder mixing, batching and blending challenges.

Commenting on the agreement, Tim Stewardson, managing director at Ingredient Batching Systems, said: “Reliability is vital in any system that we provide. Consequently, if we need to include a component that we don’t manufacture we are going to make sure that it’s the best available. Practically all of our systems have a mixing or blending element included and JR Boone has been our supplier of choice for some while. With the agreement in place I am delighted to be working with JR Boone and I am certain that both our clients will find this of great benefit.”

Chris Boone, managing director at JR Boone, said: “By reaching this agreement, we will be able to share information about new projects at an early stage, so clients of both companies will enjoy the benefits of experts in their respective fields pooling knowledge and resource to deliver superb results.”
