Dried fruit breaking solution

The Concept Engineering fruit breaker system is designed to loosen up dried fruit and is capable of breaking 25kg blocks of raisins in just seven seconds without causing any product damage.

The product started life as a bespoke solution, developed to help improve efficiency for a UK supplier of speciality nuts, dried fruit and confectionery and incorporates an agitator to break up the fruit. A previously manual task.
