Davies Arnold Cooper advises Ridgeway Capital

Davies Arnold Cooper has advised private equity firm, Ridgeway Capital, on an investment into SFD, a national distributor of chilled, frozen and ambient products to the food service industry
Ridgeway Capital is a turnaround investor focusing on UK mid-market and SME businesses with the potential to grow strongly with the funding and management assistance it provides. Private Equity Partner Steven Raize and Head of Corporate Ian Brent led a team of seven from Davies Arnold Cooper, including tax and employment specialists.
Ari Stavropoulos, Ridgeway Capital partner commented: "We are excited by the potential of this investment, which we looked to complete in a short space of time once commercial terms had been agreed.
