FP Awards: Bosch Rexroth scoops coveted title

An overwhelming number of online votes for Bosch Rexroth in the Company of the Year category of Food Processing's awards meant the firm was the toast of the night
A beaming Bosch Rexroth team, including MD Paul Cooke, marketing manager Roger Benton and sales manager Andy Barker, among others, couldn't quite seem to believe they'd done it - but there was no doubt that the company, which scooped the Company of the Year award, was a convincing winner.
''We were genuinely surprised,'' said Roger Benton. ''I was doing all sorts of calculations in my head about whether we'd achieved the majority of votes just before it was announced we'd won.''
